As with the last module’s assignments, the assignments here are also split into 3 sections. It is vital that you incorporate these into your daily routines and continue to work on the previous assignments, too.

Let’s Go!

As with the previous assignments, I would like you to complete these sentences with at least 6 stems (you can do more) for at least 5 days:

Responsibility to me means –

At the thought of being responsible for my own existence, –
If I accepted responsibility for my own existence, that would mean –
When I avoid responsibility for my own existence –
If I were to give up blaming my parents for my unhappiness –
If I were to accept that I am responsible for my happiness –
If I take responsibility for my emotions –
If I take responsibility for my choices and actions –
If I take responsibility for how I prioritise my time –

For your body, I would like you to continue with the same assignments you started in the previous two modules. Continue with the mirror work and say the following to your reflection (aim to give each sentence 3 stems at least):

I forgive you for –

I am proud of you for –

I acknowledge you for –

Your spiritual assignments for this module consists of repeating these affirmations and noticing where you are feeling the most resistance (ie. they don’t feel authentic or true. The resistance will give you an idea which areas of your life you need to work on taking better responsibility for your actions:

I am responsible fo the achievement of my desires.

I am responsible for my choices and actions.

I am responsible for the level of consciousness i bring to my relationships.

I am responsible for my behaviour with other people – coworkers, associates, customers, spouse, children, friends.

I am responsible for how I prioritise my time.

I am responsible for the quality of my communications.

I am responsible for my personal happiness.

I am responsible for accepting or choosing the values by which I live.

I am responsible for raising my self-love.
